Wezup is a small farming village in the Drenthe province of the Netherlands. Every year before Christmas, the residents open their barns to host various Christmas stalls for the Wezup Christmas Market. This means that you walk from shed to shed. It’s organised by a small committee and they have thought of everything! You can take a charming covered tractor wagon ride from your car to the marketplace, where Santa Claus spreads holiday cheer among the delicious food, music, and entertainment offered.
Visitors of the Christmas Market can park their cars near the village of Wezup, as directed by the traffic controllers. From there, you can easily walk into the village, where the market begins immediately.
