The Old Town Flea Market, or as the locals know it, Altstadt-Flohmarkt, in Hanover, is a perfect way to spend your Saturdays.
Not just the market, but the location has its own beauty. It is situated at the Hohen Ufer, which was built in 1967 and offers a breathtaking view of the Leine river. The Old Town Flea Market is considered a traditional flea market in Hanover. In its selection, you can find everything from art and antiques to food and electronics. What gives it its original flea market vibes is that mass-produced and new items are prohibited. Additionally, electrical and electronic items also cannot be sold if they were produced after 1975.
But who is going home with a treasure for sure? The ones who are really into grandma’s like antiques, records and vinyl, books, and CDs. This flea market has a great offer in these, so don’t miss out!
