The Christmas Market in Krems an der Donau takes place in the old town of Krems, a city along the Danube river in Austria. The event is called Kremser Adventzauber (Krems Advent Magic).
Krems’ 700-meter pedestrian zone and charming side streets are decorated with beautiful Christmas lights, offering special photo spots for visitors. Along with local shops, Christmas huts serve homemade Wachau mulled wine, chestnuts, and waffles. Many stalls also sell handmade crafts.
The city centre’s squares host various events from Thursday to Sunday throughout Advent, encouraging visitors to stay and enjoy the festive season.
