Ciney Flea Market and Antiques Fair has been running for over 30 years and is considered the most popular antique and collectibles fair in Wallonia, Belgium. Dealers set up across 6,000 square metres of indoor exhibition space at Ciney Expo, as well as in tents on the outdoor esplanade. Vendors are selling a broad range including furniture, clocks, silverware, religious art, folk art, antique jewellery, paintings, glassware, crystal, vintage items, and collections of all kinds. Art Nouveau, Art Deco, and contemporary art pieces are also represented. A professional appraiser is on site all three days and available to assess pieces for free.
On Friday only, the fair adds what it bills as the largest outdoor unpacking event in Belgium. The fair opens at 10am on Friday, with the unpacking starting at 2pm and everything closing at 7pm. There are indoor restaurants and outdoor food trucks selling to cater the visitors.
