The Toulouse Christmas Market is a seasonal market in the south of France. There are a total of four Christmas markets spread across the city with nearly 200 stalls. The main Christmas market location is Place du Capitole (Le grand marché de Noël) with over 100 chalets, an ice rink and beautiful Christmas illuminations.
There are traditional Christmas market foods available at the market, such as mulled wine, hot chocolate, raclette, but also regional dishes like the aligot aveyronnais, a dish made by blending mashed potatoes with melted cheese (traditionally Tomme de Laguiole), cream, and garlic.
