My only bone to pick with them is their contempt for their own customers after going viral on social media. Apparently, they are very happy being featured in the New York Times with millions of readers, but people making silly little TikTok videos is where they draw the line. The French-Korean fusion restaurant Pierre Sang in Oberkampf is also just around the corner from the market. Here you’ll get to eat a surprise menu and part of the fun is guessing what you just had. You can select from a well-curated wine list from small French winemakers and while it’s not a budget meal, it will also not break the bank. Make sure to reserve in advance!
