The Green Christmas Market Graz at Nikolaiplatz (Grieskindlmarkt) in Graz, Austria, is proud to be the first “Green Events Styria” Advent market. Open from Thursday to Sunday, this sustainable Christmas market offers environmentally conscious shopping with fair-trade and regional gifts. Visitors can enjoy homemade treats including glühwein, punch, Christmas cookies, apple strudel, waffles, and tarte flambée – all prepared with care and attention to sustainability and low-waste.
The eco-friendly Green Christmas Market Graz features zero food waste through TooGoodToGo, reusable tableware, returnable bottles, and LED lighting. No heaters are used, and the entire market is accessible to all visitors, including those with mobility, hearing, or visual impairments.
