In the early morning hours on Tuesdays and Saturday, the Bundesplatz square starts filling up with delicious smells: bread straight out of the oven, stalls with all kinds of cheese, fresh meat, colourful flowers, seedlings, fruit and vegetables from organic farms. The locals of the “relaxed capital” always have time for a chat with the vendors, making shopping a relaxed and personal experience.
