The Foire à la Brocante des Quinconces (Bordeaux Antiques Fair) is a flea market held twice a year in spring and autumn in Bordeaux, France. Running daily for over two weeks, it takes place on a vast square and is one of the oldest flea markets and antiques fairs in Bordeaux and the Aquitaine region.
The locals call the event “Foire à la Brocante” (Antiques Fair), but the name is somewhat limiting because it’s much more than that. Of course, there are the professional antique dealers, but you’ll also come across antiquarians, dining options, wines, confectioners, and the highly anticipated “Foire aux jambons” (Ham Fair). Thanks to its central location in the city, it’s also just steps away from the best restaurants the city has to offer.
With over 200 exhibitors participating, the fair offers an extensive assortment of furniture and objects spanning centuries. The event caters to a diverse range of potential buyers. From vintage and antique items to furniture, books, china, silverware, crystal glassware, and an array of classic and unique collectibles, the Quinconces Flea Market ensures there is something of interest for every visitor.
