The Palace, once home to the Liechtenstein family, has a rich history, including a 20-year stint as the Museum of Modern Art. Today, it hosts an intimate Christmas market perfect for those seeking a festive atmosphere without the crowds in Vienna.
As you enter, you’ll discover about 25 exhibitors offering handcrafted, artisanal goods such as decorations, jewelry, and local delicacies. It’s ideal for leisurely strolling with a mug of mulled wine while admiring the beautiful Gartenpalais.
