The Ordener Market (Marché Ordener) is a produce market in the 18th arrondissement of Paris. It’s neighbourhood market located at 152-190 Rue Ordener in Paris’ 18th arrondissement, near the Jules Joffrin metro station. Open on Wednesdays and Saturdays, it’s a popular destination for local residents, including families and the elderly.
The market offers a wide variety of fresh produce, fish, meat, and prepared foods, but most of the fruit and vegetable vendors source their produce at Rungis International Market (French: Marché International de Rungis), the principal wholesale market of Paris, with only a handful or farmers selling produce from their own garden.
Despite its popularity and diverse offerings, the market’s main drawback is limited pedestrian space due to narrow sidewalks.
