The Batignolles Covered Market (Marché couvert Batignolles) is an indoor produce market in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. Not to be confused with the Batignolles Organic Market that is held every Saturday morning a 15 minutes walk away from the covered market.
This Parisian covered market offers a wide range of fresh produce and prepared dishes, including an excellent Berber couscous from Agadir. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their work. While a few stalls have higher prices, most offer good value. The market is particularly recommended for its meat, flowers, cheeses, fruits, and vegetables.
