Weekly market held under the medieval market pavilion Halle Jean Moulin built in the XIV century. Every Saturday more than 5000 market-goers crowd around the 120 to 150 vendors offering produce, meat, poultry, cheese, fabric, furniture and more. You can find regional Toulouse specialties such as cassoulet, Toulouse sausage or fénétra an apricot cake with candied lemons and almonds.
Voted as the 5th most beautiful market in France in 2023.
