Rod Fai Market Ratchada is an outdoor night market in Bangkok open Thursday to Sunday from 5pm to 1am. It is located behind Esplanade Mall on Ratchadaphisek Road and near the train station. The name “rot fai” means train in Thai, a reference to its origins on old railway land near Chatuchak when it first opened in 2010. The market reopened in March 2026 at its original location after a period of closure. It has a retro and vintage focus, with stalls selling secondhand clothing, antique accessories, retro toys, vintage homeware, to vehicle accessories. Just like other markets in Bangkok, it also sells trendy streetwear and affordable fashion (this one is not secondhand).
Street food is a big part of the market, with popular dishes including grilled pork skewers, stewed pork rib soup, pad thai, grilled seafood, and various Thai sweets. Most dishes run between 40 and 200 THB. Container bars and live music are also part of the setup, which sets it apart from more food-focused night markets in Bangkok.
