The White Truffle Fair in Alba is a market you obviously don’t want to miss if you are a fan of truffles. It is the biggest international fair with truffle theme.
Every weekend from October to December, visitors can indulge themselves. They have the opportunity to purchase local delicacies like cheese, pasta, cured meats, wine, desserts, mushrooms, outstanding hazelnuts from Piedmont, and chestnuts from Cuneo. The White Truffle Fair enhances the experience on weekends, offering the chance to meet world-famous chefs, participate in wine courses and tastings, and enjoy organized programs for children.
