The Villeneuve-lès-Avignon Flea Market (Brocante de Villeneuve-lès-Avignon) takes place every Saturday morning year-round on Place Charles David, the market square of the Provençal city in the South of France. Nearly 100 vendors gather to offer visitors a chance to browse for unique objects, decorative items, and vintage clothing.
The flea market is located in the medieval town of Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, which sits on the western bank of the Rhône River, directly across from Avignon. The town is crowned by Fort St.-André, with its well-preserved 14th-century battlements creating a dramatic hilltop backdrop.
You can browse antiques, vintage furniture, old books, ceramics, glassware, vintage clothing, artwork, collectibles, and more. The market organisers are active on Instagram, make sure to check out their page to get a good idea of the market atmosphere and what you can buy there.
