The Lebuinus Christmas market takes place during the Deventer Dickens weekend inside the charming St Lebuïnus Church.
The Lebuinus Christmas Market has over 60 market stands with a selection of Christmas products and gift ideas. You can also find culinary regional products and delicacies such as the traditional “Lebuinus crisp wafers” and Lebuinus mulled wine.
The inherently characteristic St Lebuïnus Church is beautifully illuminated for the occasion. The magnificent large Christmas tree on the choir is adorned with thousands of lights. The Christmas market attracts thousands of visitors annually and is a joy for both young and old.
Besides the market stalls there are also musical performances, ranging from Christmas choirs to big bands, and from street performers to dance groups.
