The largest Christmas market in northern France, the Amiens Christmas Market (Marché de Noël d’Amiens) runs from November 21 to December 30, 2025. Over 100 red Christmas chalets line 2 kilometres of illuminated pathways stretching from Place René Goblet to Place de l’Hôtel de Ville in the historic city centre.
Organised by local merchants since 1997, the market prioritises handcrafted items and Christmas-themed products. Vendors offer artisanal goods, gourmet specialties, and handmade creations alongside festive decorations and gift ideas. Most chalets are concentrated on Rue Delambre and Rue des 3 Cailloux, with food stalls located at Place René Goblet and Place Gambetta. The market features a large Christmas tree, ice skating rink, ferris wheel, nativity scene, and dedicated artisans market alongside parades, street performances, and decorations for all ages. Check the official Christmas market website for the market map!
Amiens Christmas Market also features parades, street performances, and enchanted decorations throughout its run, creating entertainment for all ages.
