Winterfeldtplatz Farmers’ Market is the best-known market in Berlin, worth a visit if you’re in town. Operating since 1990, it has become the most diverse market in the city.
As a larger part was destroyed during the war, it still showcases an interesting architectural mix with 60s-style housing. Every Saturday and Wednesday, the atmosphere becomes vibrant, with over 250 stalls offering high-quality fruits, vegetables, cheese, clothing, household goods, and more. Additionally, you don’t have to worry about getting hungry because there are stylish bars, cafes, and restaurants to choose from.
